As of now we do not offer returns or exchanges but you can feel free to contact us via email at support@luchiora.com and we'll be more than happy to help you out.

The products may or may not be restocked but for the most part products that won't be available will be removed completely from display.

The orders are usually dispatched the next day which will be intimated via email as shipped. You'll receive the order between 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
