We do not currently accept refunds or exchanges. Please write us an email with your name, order number, and the reason you’re unhappy with your purchase. We’ll be delighted to address your concerns. Before making a purchase, make sure the item is the proper size and colour for you by carefully inspecting both. All purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Any custom or taxes incurred while shipping are not our responsibility. Customers are required to pay it forward.
EXCHANGES
We don’t provide exchanges. To make sure the product is the proper size for you, please measure yourself before making a purchase. Please use our size chart as a guide.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If you don’t pick up your package when it’s delivered, it will be sent back to us by default. We disclaim all liability for any lost or unclaimed shipments.
